We’re so glad you’ve taken the step and asked the question, “is church planting for me?” The Discernment Process is designed to help you discover God’s leading and direction. It involves:

  • initial conversations with a Church Planting Catalyst
  • online guided self-reflection
  • follow-up phone interview
  • feedback from referees and ministry partners
  • in-situ observation and behavioural interview
  • strategic planting proposal

The way we’ve designed this is to allow you to move through the Discernment Process at your own pace and jump between sections too!
